What are Pulley Weight Ratios?
Cable pulley ratios indicate the relationship between the weight stack and the resistance you experience during your workout. Common ratios include 1:1 as well as 2:1.
- 1:1 Weight Ratio: Whatever weight you load on the stack is exactly what you'll feel during your workout. For example, if you load 100 pounds, you'll experience 100 pounds of resistance.
