The Quick Adjust QA-1 Speed Rope is a lightweight and knurled, aluminum, tapered handle speed rope. Its engineered with bearings in the handle and an easy-to-use quick adjust and self-locking mechanism that makes adjusting the cable length a breeze.

The Quick Adjust QA-1 Speed Rope features a self-locking and unlocking design that makes cable adjustment a breeze, without the use of any tools. Simply press the top of the handle with your finger to adjust the cable longer or shorter, then release the top so that the self-locking design secures the cable at the desired length. This easy-to-use feature makes it a top choice for gyms and home gyms that might have multiple people using the same speed rope.

The QA-1 Speed Rope is designed with a lightweight, aluminum handle that tapers where you want to feel the control. The handle weighs only 0.22 LBs plus a lightning quick 118" x 0.1" cable that brings the total weight to 0.31LBs. We've added knurling to the key areas of the tapered, aluminum handle to give you a secure grip while maintaining a comfortable feel.
