The HRFTS-6000 Builder Half Rack Functional Trainer Storage is a 6' width half rack that offers exactly what its name reads. A half rack that has functional trainer and storage capabilities. The 6' width allows for movements requiring a larger range of motion such as chest flys traditionally only able to be done with a large cable crossover setup. With the use of our Squat Station Conversion Set, we're able to put j-cups onto the front uprights that angle inwards, so that you're still able to use this 6' width rack as a half rack as well.

Details

The HRFTS-6000 is a 6' width half rack that integrates 2x 200LB weight stacks into a single, space-saving unit. The 6' width allows for movements such as chest flys that you can normally only do with traditional cable crossover setups. With our patented Squat Station Conversion Set J-Cups, you're able to use this 6' width rack as a squat rack because the j-cups angle inwards to a conventional squat rack width to properly rack your barbell. The 6' width provides extra storage space to accommodate more equipment on the back uprights of the rack.

The trolley is designed to slide anywhere along the height of your upright and does not interfere with the use of j-cups and other Builder® attachments when raised to the top of the upright. This makes it possible to have a half rack and functional trainer integrated into one unit where you can perform functional trainer movements as well as usage of a half rack all from the same front two uprights. We recommend adding storage accessories such as the Builder® Storage System Shelves or plate sleeves so you can store everything you need on the back uprights of the half rack.

Choose this option if you want a 6' width rack for chest flys that holds more equipment for storage because of its longer shelves. However, we suggest you choose the HRFTS-4000 if you want to be able to use attachments that only work off 4' width racks such as spotter arms.
