This 6-post Power Rack comes with our Side-Stack Functional Trainer Set - an integrated 2x 200LB weight stack functional trainer into a single, space-saving 6-post Power Rack. This 6-post power rack allows you to lift inside the middle cage portion, use the functional trainers on the front uprights, and store equipment on the back uprights.

Details

This 6-Post Power Rack comes with the Side-Stack Functional Trainer Set — a cable system that integrates 2x 200LB weight stack functional trainers into a single, space-saving 6-post power rack. The benefits of a 6-post rack allow you to leave the middle, 4' depth portion of the power cage unoccupied so that you can still comfortably lift inside the power cage. The Side-Stack Functional Trainer Set routes the cables along the outside of the cage so that the middle 4' depth portion of the cage can still utilize attachments, such as safety traps or pin pipe safeties. The back posts are used for equipment storage with Builder® Storage System shelving and plate sleeve options.

The functional trainer trolley is designed to slide anywhere along the height of your upright and does not interfere with the use of j-cups and other Builder® attachments when raised to the top of the upright. This is the best option if you want the benefits and safety of lifting inside a full power cage and the space-saving options of incorporating storage and functional trainer into one unit.
