The Lat Pulley System replaces the need for an expensive and oversized lat pulldown machine at the local commercial gym for a fraction of the price and footprint.

Details

Perform a variety of multi-joint and isolation movements such as lat pull downs and triceps extensions. Set up the pulley by wrapping the adjustment strap around a secure base then attach a carabiner and pulley. Add plates to the loading pin and connect to pulley using the a carabiner. Hook bar attachment. Straight bar attachment included. Check out Cable Attachment options for added functionality.

- 1x 75" Heavy-duty nylon-coated aircraft cable
