Make the most out of your space with the FTS-600 Functional Trainer Builder® Storage. The rack is customizable to suit your specific needs and works as a multi-functional, space-saving, and storage solution for your gym. Where most functional trainers do not allow for added accessories such as our wall ball target, dip horn, or equipment storage, the FTS-600 provides you all the benefits of a functional trainer as well as the ability to store your equipment and add Builder® Attachments for more functionality all in 1 unit with a wider footprint than our FTS-400 to store more equipment.

What's Included

2x 93" Builder® Rig Uprights: Choose from black powder coat or clear coat
Choose from two Cable Tower options: Functional Trainer Plate-Loaded Cable Tower 2000 or the Functional Trainer Weight Stack Cable Tower 2000
1x Pull-up bar in between the Cable Towers: Choose from 6' Powder-Coated Pull-Up Bar or 6' Zinc Pull-Up Bar

For equipment storage, choose your 5 preferred shelves from three options: kettlebell shelf, dumbbell shelf, and bumper plate/medicine ball shelf.

Includes two commercial-grade FT handles that can be used simultaneously to perform a variety of cable exercises. Adjust the handles to any of the 35 numbered height positions to target any muscle group and perform exercises like rows, biceps curls, etc. Each pulley handle has a 1:2 weight ratio, where pulling with just one handle equals half the weight loaded/selected. Pull with both handles for a 1:1 ratio.

Trolley Adjustment

Perform a wide range of exercises that target high, middle, and low angles. The highest trolley point is at 78" while the lowest point is 12.5" from the ground.

35 Adjustment Points with Numbered Indicators

Adjust the trolley along 35 points spaced 2" apart. Laser-cut height markings help to make quick adjustments between the trolley positions.

1-to-1 Ratio modification with connect cables

2:1 and 1:1 weight ratio anywhere along upright

Our dual pulley allows both 2:1 and 1:1 weight ratio anywhere along the upright. 2:1 weight ratio for fast, dynamic movements and exercises you want to use 5LB increments. 1:1 weight ratio is used for lat pull and low rows. We recommend the FT Cable Output Adapter for linking both pulleys together.

Add Leg Hold Down Rollers

Add Leg Hold Down Rollers to assist with lat pulldowns and more functionality.

200-pound weight stack with selector pin

Go Heavy or Lift Light

The max usable weight per side on the weight stack option is 200 LBS using dual cable output. The minimum usable weight per side is 5 LBS using single cable output.

Foot Plate

A 15.75" x 6.5" foot plate provides a stable surface for performing low rows as well as seated rows, helping you to maintain proper form from start to finish.

Builder Storage System Shelves

Select five levels of Builder® Storage System shelving to maximize storage capabilities: bumper plate/wall ball shelf, kettlebell shelf, and dumbbell shelf.
