The base of any garage gym begins with the power rack or squat stand. The rack/stand will allow you to perform barbell exercises like squats, bench presses, overhead presses, etc. We have plenty of great options for any kind of athlete, from competitive powerlifters to weekend warriors. Most of our power racks are compatible with our Builder® line of accessories, so you can keep adding to your rack as you progress with your home gym. Our squat stands are more straightforward without the bells and whistles of the bigger Builder® racks and power cages, while still allowing you to perform basic barbell exercises.
