The Xebex Punching Bag is perfect for use in boxing, mixed martial arts, muay thai, and other combat sports. It features a durable PVC exterior that can take the frequent beating from commercial, studio, and personal gyms. The Punching Bag can also be incorporated into high-intensity interval training (HIIT) programs for greater training variety.
Steel chain and clip attachments are provided for mounting onto a Get RX'd Builder® Rig using a Builder® Shackle.
