The RX3 Optimus Pad fits 75x75mm (3"x3") uprights with offset 1" holes at 2" spacing. It can be used as a chest or back supported pad by itself, and also features an attachment slot that accepts attachments like the Optimus Back Pad or Optimus Leg Roller. With the Optimus Back Pad, you can use it as a military bench, incline bench, and chest supported bench. With the Optimus Leg Roller, you can use it as a lat pulldown seat.
