The RX3 Optimus Pad can be used as a multi-angled chest or back supported pad, and also features an attachment slot that accepts attachments like the Optimus Back Pad or Optimus Leg Roller. With the Optimus Back Pad, you can use it as a military bench, incline bench, and chest supported bench. With the Optimus Leg Roller, you can use it as a lat pulldown seat.

The RX3 Optimus Pad integrates seamlessly with RX3 racks or any other 75x75mm (metric 3"x3") upright with offset 26mm (metric 1") holes at 50mm (metric 2") spacing. It can be used as a chest and back supported pad by itself, a lat pulldown seat with added rollers, or a military and incline bench with added back pad. It's 3" thick padding which can be adjusted through 8 angles of 105° range as well as 8 vertical positions via its pop pin system.

Lat Pulldown Seat with the addition of the The RX3 Optimus Roller: secures your legs during lat pulldowns, features two 4" diameter nylon-covered rollers and a 5" knurled handle for easy handling and adjustments. It adjusts via the RX3 Optimus Pad's pop-pin system with 7 vertical positions, ensuring a perfect fit.
