Our 41" (82" if cut end to end) Resistance Power Bands are made from a dense rubber latex that is sturdy, flexible and long-lasting. Resistance Power Bands are most commonly used for pull-up and dip assistance but also perfect for mobility, stretching, warm up drills, and even speed and agility.

Our 41" (82" if cut end to end) Resistance Bands are made from a dense rubber latex that is sturdy, flexible and long-lasting. Most commonly used for pull-up and dip assistance but also perfect for mobility, stretching, warm up drills, and even speed and agility. Resistance bands can be incorporated to any exercise program. Use with any peg set to add extra resistance to your lifts on any Get RX'd rig or rack.

Bands 2.0-3.25 inches thick are most popular for assisted pull ups
- Orange (3.25 Inches Thick) 175-230lbs of resistance
- Blue (2.5 Inches Thick) 120-175lbs of resistance
- Yellow (2 Inches Thick) 120-150lbs of resistance
- Green (1.75 Inches Thick) 100-120lbs of resistance
- Purple (1.25 Inches Thick) 50-75lbs of resistance (also useful for stretching)

Bands 0.5-1.25 inches thick are the most popular for mobility and stretching purposes

1. Store in room temperature and dry environment. Avoid exposure to light.
2. Avoid contact with any sharp objects, surfaces and edges.Sharp fingernails, rings worn on fingers and rough shoe soles could damage the bands.
3. Avoid contact with any petro base liquid, solvents, and/or chemicals.
4. Inspect your bands thoroughly before EVERY use for any tears, wear, small nicks, punctures, or damage that may cause the band to break.
5. NEVER use a damaged band.
6. Use of bands can cause serious injuries when not used properly. Avoid exercises that involve stretching the band in a manner that it may snap back towards the head.
7. Bands are not toys and should not be treated as such.
8. Bands should be kept out of the reach of young children to avoid injury.
9. Younger athletes should be under adult supervision when using the bands.
10. If required for certain usage methods, bands should be looped together and never knotted. Always undo the loops after use to prevent excessive wear at the contact points.
11. Never use a door as an anchor.
12. Never stretch a band more than twice its original length.
13. Rinse and dry the band with water if the band comes into contact with chlorine.
14. This product contains natural rubber latex which may cause an allergic reaction.
