The Galvanized Backyard Builder® RMU Rig rig is designed for the athlete or fitness enthusiast who wants to train ring muscle-ups, bar muscle-ups, and have the option for multiple people to use the same unit at the same time. The Galvanized Backyard Builder® RMU Rig is designed with 9' and 12' uprights and provides:
• 2x pairs of J-Cups for racking your barbell
• 3x different pull-up bars: 2x 4' pull-up bars, 1x 6' pull-up bar
• 1x 12' height pull-up bar for hanging rings: 12' high ring setup is the standard for performing ring muscle ups
The 12' height makes this rig suitable for gymnastics movements such as ring muscle ups. Add a pair of wood rings and quick ring straps to complete the gymnastics station. Wood rings and straps sold separately.
