Gateway Error or Credit Card Declined Messages: If you received a “Gateway Error” and/or “Credit Card Declined” message this indicates that the credit card information entered was either incorrect or declined. You may see a ‘pending transaction’ on your statement for this decline, but it will be removed by your bank within 3 business days. In order to properly submit your order, please check the following:

1. Credit Card number, expiration date, and security code entered are correct
2. Billing zip code for your credit card is correct
3. Check with your bank for any credit card purchasing limits and/or that sufficient funds are available to make the purchase
4. Please wait at least 2 minutes in between attempted transactions

Your order was successfully submitted if you receive an order confirmation number on the successful checkout page and via e-mail immediately after purchase (check spam just in case). An order confirmation e-mail will be sent to you after you place an order online. Once an order is placed, we estimate a maximum of 6 business days for orders to be packed and shipped from the Get RXd headquarters in Houston, Texas, USA. Once an order ships, tracking will be e-mailed to you within 1 business day. Please review the below information pertaining to the shipment method you selected.

(1) Freight Truck Shipments: The driver will call you roughly 1 day in advance to schedule a delivery appointment window. Be present for the delivery window you set with the driver, otherwise additional storage and/or re-delivery fees may apply from the carrier. Delivery via freight truck is curbside only. You are responsible for taking the delivery inside your home or building. if you require delivery to be made inside - please contact us for white glove service charges. Longer-lengthed items such as Barbells and Pull-Up Rigs may not have liftgate capabilities, meaning it will not be lowered from the bed of the truck to the floor upon delivery. For these deliveries, be prepared to unload by hand with a couple friends. If this is a concern, please contact us for more info or changes if necessary!

1a. Freight Damage and/or Missing Items: The recipient is responsible for inspecting all shipments upon arrival and will be liable for any repairs and/or damages bot noted on the delivery receipt. Open your packages immediately. Concealed damage or missing items must be reported within 72 hours or your claim will be denied.

(2) Ground Service Shipments: The packages will be left at the door of your ship to address - It is best to be present when the packages are delivered. If you are NOT able to be there, you can call FedEX Customer Service and request that they hold it at their location for you to pickup. Free Shipping items may be shipping (1) Freight Truck, instead of Ground based on weight.

(3) Store Pickup: The person picking up your order will need a printed or mobile copy of your receipt. Pickup your order during business hours from the Get RXd Showroom and Warehouse at 2612 Mckinney St, Houston, TX 77003. You will need to present your order to our front office before picking up the order from our adjacent warehouse. We love meeting our clients, so don't be afraid to ask questions, try out equipment, or browse more while you're here!

(4) Free Shipping: Free shipping promotions are only valid in the continental 48 US states. Combining orders, changes to your shipping address, and delivery speed may affect your order's eligibility for the free shipping promotion. Requests for expedited shipping or guaranteed delivery shipments will incur additional fees and may affect your order's eligibility for the free shipping promotion. Deliveries to remote locations or properties that do not have adequate entry access for delivery companies may incur additional charges. Please note, GetRXd cannot be responsible for delays due to weather, power outages, or any other acts of nature beyond our control. GetRXd reserves the right to cancel your order at our discretion.

(5) International Orders and Orders Oustide of the Continental USA
5a. Shipping: “Free shipping” promotions are not valid on orders outside of the continental USA. International orders may require additional shipping costs and requirements. International customers are responsible for any and all shipping expenses and customs fees that may be associated with the order.
5b. Returns, Replacements, and Warranty: Returns, replacements, and warranty information can be found on the “Returns & Replacements” and “Warranty” sections of this website. International customers are responsible for any and all shipping expenses to and from the GetRXd warehouse in the event of a return, replacement, or warranty request. In the rare event that an item is missing from your order, a replacement is required, or a warranty issue arises, GetRXd reserves the right to either refund or credit your account for that item and is under no obligation to send a new item separately.

Order Cancellations
To cancel an order, simply e-mail Sales@GetRXd.com your order ID and we'll take care of the rest through credit or refund of your choice! Order cancellations need to be done before your order ships to avoid shipping and restocking fees. Please note that tracking for certain shipping orders are sent the business day after they have shipped. Returns & Replacements
Returns are available for most unused items in original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Purchasing party is responsible for 15% restocking fee and actual round-trip shipping charges to and from Get RXd warehouse (items that "ship free" will have actual cost of shipping deducted). When returning products, You are responsible for insuring any parts or Product shipped or returned. You assume the risk of loss or damage during shipment. We do not accept returns on products that are custom made for your order. For example - Turf, Rolled Rubber Flooring, WOD Boards, Custom Pull-Up Rigs, etc. Authorized returns must be completed within 30 days. If you are receiving a replacement, we ask that you return the item being replaced within 30 days to avoid any charges. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, please contact Sales@GetRXd.com

Get RXd and Xebex Fitness warranty applies to the original user of the product for a period specified pertaining to each individual product from the date of the purchase. Warranties on products not manufactured by Get RXd or Xebex Fitness will be observed in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty. Additional warranty information can be found on the product page of the website.

All warranty claims will require a picture or video to be sent to Sales@GetRXd.com. From there, it will be determined if we require the product to be sent back to the Get Rxd warehouse or not. Purchasing party is responsible for round-trip shipping to and from Get Rx'd warehouse for all warranty claims. However, we address each situation on a case-by-case basis. Get RXd provides you with the finest equipment possible.  We warrant to the customer that the products herein sold are free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, and 2 years (depending on item) from date hereof.  This warranty is Get Rx’d’s sole warranty here under and does not cover, and is intended to exclude any liability on the part of the Get Rx’d Equipment whether under this warranty or under any warranty implied by law, for any indirect or consequential damages for breach hereof or thereof.  Any and all warrants implied by law shall be limited to 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, and 2 years (depending on item) from date hereof. Get Rx’d’s sole obligation under this warranty shall be to repair, or at its option, replace, at its expense, any defective part or parts.  Buyer must receive Get Rx’d's written approval to return part or parts from inspection and no charges for repair will be accepted by Get Rx’d without its written authorization.  Get Rx’d specifically excludes any warranty expressed or implied for any product which has been manufactured according to buyers own design, prints or specifications.  Installation of our products is the responsibility of the buyer who assumes any liability for damage to property or injury.  While every attempt is made to embody the highest degree of protection in all equipment, we cannot, however, guarantee freedom from injury.  The user assumes all risk of injury due to use.  All merchandise is sold on the condition, which no representative of the company can waive or change.  Equipment should be inspected periodically by user for damage and wear and tested for stability.  All sporting and PE activities carry the risk of injury to the participants.  Improperly maintained equipment and inadequately supervised programs are significant contributing factors.  All equipment must be thoroughly inspected and maintained to reduce the risk to the users.

Xebex Warranty includes all of the above. Get RXd warrants to the original purchaser of this Xebex branded product (the “Product”) that the frame of the Product shall be free from defect in materials and workmanship for a period of five years from the date of purchase. All other parts and components of the Product shall be free from defect in material and workmanship for a period of two years from the date of purchase when the Product is used under as recommended by Get RXd under normal uses and conditions. During the warranty period Get RXd will at no additional charge to you, repair or replace (at Get RXd option) the frame or any part of the Product if it becomes defective, malfunctions, or otherwise fails to conform with this Limited Warranty. Any and all labor cost is the responsibility of the original purchaser or owner. If a Product requires shipment, delivery or transport it is the purchaser’s sole responsibility and to pay for any fees associated with servicing of a Product. Any evidence of alteration, erasing or forgery of proof-of-purchase documents voids this Limited Warranty. This Limited Warranty applies only to Product purchased from Get RXd or from an authorized Get RXd reseller.
Xebex Warranty does not include: This Limited Warranty applies only for Product sold in the United States under the Xebex brand name. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear on items such as, but not limited to, transportation wheels, foot pedals, rubber grips, plastic end caps, scratched parts, broken covers, cosmetic damage, and excludes paint, powdercoat, & finish. Wear items pertain to components that might need to be replaced due to wear and tear resulting from normal usage. This warranty is void if the Produce is improperly stored, assembled, altered and/or modified in any way, misused, abused, is subject to accident, is improperly maintained, and this warranty does not cover repair for any noises such as: squeaks, clunks, thumps resulting from poor or lack of preventive maintenance. Damage due to improper assembly is not covered by the warranty. Common assembly errors can include damaged wire harnesses, stripped screws and nuts, crank arms or damaged threads. If the serial number has been removed, altered or defaced, the warranty for the affected unit is voided. This Limited Warranty does extent to any Product that is damaged or rendered defective; (a) as a result of accident, misuse, or abuse; (b) use with the Product of any part not manufactured or sold by Xebex; (c) by modification of the Product; (d) by normal wear and tear; (e) operation using incorrect power supplies; or (f) as a result of service by anyone other than Xebex, or an authorized Xebex service provider. This Limited Warranty is void if the Product serial number has been defaced or removed. Should any Product be submitted for warranty service be found ineligible, an estimate of repair cost will be furnished.
