If a product is not in stock, we recommend signing up for back-in-stock notifications to be notified via email when a product is restocked; this can be done on the product page. We will continue providing updates as we receive more information. Stock ETAs are subject to change. Frequently Asked Questions

1) When will my order ship?
Orders are estimated to ship within 1 to 6 business days. If a preorder item is ordered, the full order ships on the expected date listed on the preorder item's product page. Tracking information will become available as soon as your order ships. More information can be found on the Customer Service page.

2) I emailed my sales rep or the general inbox (Sales@GetRXd.com) and have yet to receive a response.
We're currently experiencing a large volume of emails, please allow up to 2 business days for a response.

3) When will this item be back in stock?
Available ETAs are listed on this page (above). You can subscribe to receive an email notification once the product is available. See example below.

If an item does not have an ETA displayed, we currently do not have an estimate. We are working hard to coordinate with our manufacturing and will provide updates on our website as soon as they are available.

4) How do I receive a military, first responder, law enforcement, etc discount?
We offer a 10% military, veteran and law enforcement/first responder discount! Note that promotional codes cannot be stacked, which means this code will not work with any item that is already on sale/promotion or non-GetRX'd items, and it cannot be combined with other discounts.

We're happy to announce that this discount also applies to Xebex-branded items.
